About Us
Gautam Sahkari Awas Samiti is a registered Society under U. P. cooperative Society Act 1965 (Reg. No.2215 , dated 31-12-1996) with the sole object to construct residential flats for its members. The society is the owner of the building and the land associated with it, which is known as Richmond Park, located at Sector 6, Plot No. 9, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, as per the conveyance deed executed by the Sub-Registrar's office in the year 1999-2000.
Vasundhara, the area in which the society operates, is a well-planned sub-city developed by the U.P. Awas-Vikas Parishad. The locality boasts well-defined residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
